For the Do-it-yourself option, Environment-i-media, Inc. puts the basic software on a CD and sends it to the Licensee. The Licensee stores the files on a designated computer and adds the facility-specific content during the Initial Set-up. The files re then distributed to workstations on a CD or other storage device, or uploaded to a server for posting on the Licensee’s website. The files can also be downloaded to workstations from the server. The Licensee adds additional content for the facility and distributes the new files in the same manner as the Initial Set-up.

For the Let-me-help-you option, Environment-i-media, Inc. adds content to the basic software to create the Initial Set-up for the facility, then uploads the files to a designated folder on the Environment-i-media, Inc. website (e.g. www.environment-i-media.com/(licensee).htm). This folder is accessible to the Licensee, who uses a File Transfer Protocol to move the files, with their architecture intact, to the Licensee’s server. The files are then posted on the Licensee’s website or downloaded to workstations. Additional content is processed in the same manner as the Initial Set-up and the Licensee can modify the content on their server and website.
