This Notification Form tells your employees that you are about to start an asbestos abatement project in your building. The work will be done in the third floor mechanical room and will consist of removing 300 feet of pipe insulation. More information is provided on the Locations and Precautions page M-2. The precautions, which you can edit or delete as needed, assure your employees that you have taken steps to minimize the possibility of their being expose to asbestos fibers.

The Customized Compliance Program for Asbestos contains eighteen pre-formatted, color-coded forms in Microsoft Word, which makes them easy to fill out, print, save, and send electronically. This is much easier than deciphering the complex OSHA regulations and drafting a letter or form for every recipient and situation. In addition to forms for your employees, there are forms for other employers whose employees work in your building as well as for construction and maintenance contractors.

There is also a non-occupational notification form for visitors and other "invitees" who enter your building to advise them when an asbestos abatement project is being conducted.
