The Customized Compliance Program for Asbestos is a computer-based information management product to facilitate compliance with notification, record-keeping, training and other OSHA and EPA requirements. Each copy of the program is tailored to the specific facility for which it is ordered. The program runs on your own website -- and has the look and feel of your website. It can be accessed on a desktop, laptop or tablet computer and the pages distributed electronically or printed out.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON PRICING As of February 17, 2012, the following pricing schedule applies: • Software license issued to building owner/manager for $995 • License fee includes registration charge for one facility and program materials for initial set-up • License fee includes two hours of technical support on setting up and using program (A facility is a building or group of buildings at a single physical location) • $195 registration charge for each additional facility includes two hours of technical support • Additional technical support and training provided at $100/hr This information supercedes any pricing information posted elsewhere on this website
Locations and Precautions uses photos and floor plans to show the locations of asbestos-containing materials in your facility and provides precautions for working in these areas. Use these pages in your O&M program and training classes. Provide these pages to employees, vendors and contractors who need to work on or near asbestos-containing materials. They can be accessed and used, for example, on a tablet computer or smart phone while the person is going through the building.
Notification Forms let you give people the information that OSHA requires about asbestos-related work. Forms are provided for notifying employees, tenants and contractors about inspections, abatement, O&M work and other situations. The program contains nineteen forms in Microsoft Word™ format. You just have to fill in the blank spaces and delete phrases that don't apply. A Record of Notices Issued table provides for easy retrieval of the ones you have sent.
Signs and Labels lets you generate and print the signs and labels that OSHA requires you to post. *A template is provided in Microsoft Word™ format that lets you customize* the signs to meet specific situations! Tables are provided to keep track of where you have posted signs and labels. Links are provided to explanations of the OSHA regulations for signs and labels.**
Assessments and Cost helps you make decisions on whether to remove asbestos-containing materials or manage them in place, depending on their current condition and potential for future disturbance. A chart similar to the one shown here lets you graphically illustrate the cost of your decisions using default removal rates or your own historical rates for asbestos removal. *The cost model takes into account the probability* that the materials will be removed.**

The Customized Compliance Program for Asbestos is licensed to building and facility owners and managers. Participation of their asbestos and IT consultants is encouraged.
